  • Once confirmed, customers are expected to receive their orders.

2. Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Payments must be made at the time of delivery.

3. Shipping

  • We deliver all over Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery takes 3 working days after dispatch.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Return/Refund Policy is handled separately (please see our Return/Refund Policy).

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

  • Refusal or false information may result in cancellation of future orders.

6. Liability

  • NS Mentors is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or other unavoidable circumstances.

  • We may update these terms occasionally.
